SIPLEC is the E.Leclerc Group’s Department responsible for all Energy products. Siplec is also in charge of procurement of manufactured products (hardline, textile and shoes) made in France, Europe and abroad.

SIPLEC develops, purchases and markets products and services worldwide. Those are in line with the company’s values and commitments, mainly in the Energy and Manufacturing industries.
While SIPLEC is essentially focused on serving the E.LECLERC stores and national entities, we also work alongside businesses and E.LECLERC customers.
Our Expertise
Founded in 1979, with the ambition to counter the oil companies’ monopoly on fuel, SIPLEC soon became a prominent player in the French market.
Subsequently, the company branched out into new business sectors in response to ever-changing needs, that includes non-food consumer goods. The company extended its energy know-how to many fields of services for both individuals and companies.

Our locations
We control the entire supply chain, keeping costs manageable and providing high-quality, responsible products to the E.LECLERC stores, drive-throughs or any other retail concepts.
We handle all procurement activities from our Headquarters in Ivry-sur-Seine, just outside Paris.
We turn to our subsidiary SIPLEC International for procurement activities outside Europe and CEDILEC warehouse located in Le Havre for handling, storage and shipping of goods.
